How can I order my sample save the date or wedding invitation?

Samples can be purchased for save the dates and wedding invitations via our online boutique


What forms of payment do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal invoice or we can organise a listing via our Etsy shop.

We are unable to accept payment using personal cheques.


Do you provide proofs?

Yes, we provide 2 complimentary digital PDF proofs on personalised save the date, wedding invitation and wedding guest book orders.


Do you refund on sample orders?

We do not offer refunds on sample orders if you place a full order with us.


Where can I find your prices?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our dispatch times for products are as follows – please note these times may vary during busy season.

Sample orders 5-7 working days

Wedding Guest books – 10 working days

Invitation orders – 4 – 6 weeks

On the day stationery – 2 – 3 weeks

Express orders are processed within 2 weeks.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we post our products worldwide. Please enquire on approximate costs first before placing a full order.


What are your delivery/postage methods?

Samples are posted via standard Royal Mail 1st class service (free for UK orders)

Wedding Guest books are posted via Royal Mail signed for service.

Full stationery orders (save the dates, wedding invitations and on the day stationery) are posted via ParcelForce 48-hour courier service. Prices are advised prior to shipping your completed order.


What are the postage charges?

Postage on samples within the UK is free.

For full orders we can provide an estimated cost however this can vary based on your location, the weight of your order ad the amount of insurance we need for your goods.


I have received my wedding invitations but need some more, can this be done?

If we have availability to produce extra invitations, we will do so however this is not always possible due to our diary being busy. We strongly encourage you to include spare invitations with your order to avoid any disappointment.


Can I have my stationery wording in a different language?

Yes of course, we are happy to provide stationery in different language, we will ask you to send the correct wording in a format we can easily copy and paste to ensure accuracy


Can I choose my own wording and font?

Absolutely, you can take a look at our current font combinations here. Please let us know if you wish to use a font not featured on our website.


How much is express printing?

Express printing is an additional £100 on all stationery orders.


Can I pay half of my bill now and half before you send my goods?

We require all full stationery orders to be paid in full before we commence any work. Postage charges will be applied prior to sending your items.


Can I change the ribbon colour, embellishments or paper types?

Yes we believe that you should have your dream stationery so if you wish to change elements on our design we welcome this.

Please note that embellishment changes may affect original pricing.


How can I get an order form?

I am not happy with my order, what can I do?

In the unfortunately case you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at the earliest convenience and we will do our best to assist you.

We do request that you do not try to ‘change’ or ‘fix’ an item yourself as we will not be held responsible for the item(s) being in a worse condition. 


Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity for our wedding stationery products so you can order as many or as little as you would like!


Are sample prices the same as the invitation price?

Sample prices are not the same as the actual invitation price.

What is included with my wedding invitations?

Each day invitation is provided with one rsvp card and an extra info card and envelope.

Our evening invitations are with envelopes only.

Envelopes are not provided if you have chosen to upgrade to our invitation boxes. 


Do you offer stationery packages?

We currently do not offer specific stationery packages.

All of our prices are individually priced and quoted accordingly.


When do I need to send my save the dates and/or wedding invites?

We recommend sending save the dates at least 12 – 9 months in advance of their wedding.

Invitations can be sent out 6- 3 months in advance of your wedding.


Do you have a physical store to visit?

At this point we do not have a physical store for clients to come and visit.

All products are available to view online or we encourage you to order a sample prior to placing a full stationery order with us.


What printing methods do you use?

All printing is carried out in-house using an inkjet printer.


What currency do you sell your products in?

All prices and price quotes will be provided only GBP.

We strongly advise customers to research currency exchanges if they are unsure of the prices in their local currency.


Can I collect my order instead of paying for postage?

Orders can be collected on previous agreement with us.
